Develop and execute manual and automation testing, including regression testing. Create and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and testing documentation. Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Identify, document, track, and report defects, ensuring issues are resolved before production release. Collaborate with developers, business users, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and system quality. Prepare testing reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. What You Will Need: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a QA Engineer, QA Analyst, Application Tester, or similar role. Experience in both Manual Testing and Automation Testing. Able to create Test Scenarios and Test Cases using any testing tool. Able to develop Test Automation using any automation tool (Playwright preferred). Able to use Task Management and Defect Tracking tools (JIRA preferred). Knowledge of Salesforce and Middleware applications/integrations. Understanding of Connectivity, ISP, and FTTH business processes. Good communication, reporting, and presentation skills. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
