Executive Projects Officer

About The Role
- Monitor the implementation of the Direct Manager's decisions and directives.
- Manage and oversee strategic projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate and collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth execution of business objectives.
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, and business documentation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular progress reports.
- Attend meetings, document discussions, and follow up on action items.
- Track project schedules and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Analyze data and provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Identify project risks and challenges and recommend appropriate mitigation actions.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Direct Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, organizational, time management, and communication skills.
