About The Role

Oversee the execution of all MEP works on-site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
Coordinate with architectural and civil teams to ensure integration and avoid conflicts between disciplines.
Monitor project progress for MEP activities, identify delays or issues, and implement corrective actions.
Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements related to MEP systems.
Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and safety standards across all MEP works.
Supervise contractors and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to contractual and performance requirements.
Support planning and cost control teams with accurate progress updates and technical inputs.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to MEP engineers, ensuring quality and continuous improvement.
Years of Experience in the Relevant Field: 8–12
Bachelor’s Degree in a Relevant Discipline: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Professional Certification: Saudi Council of Engineers Registration, PMP (preferred), or relevant MEP certifications.
