Cluster Chief Engineer

The Cluster Chief Engineer reports directly to the Cluster Director of Engineering and supports the leadership of the property’s engineering function, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operation of all building systems and assets. The role combines strategic and operational support across maintenance delivery, asset protection, sustainability and capital planning, ensuring engineering performance consistently supports an exceptional guest experience. This role plays a key part in translating engineering strategy into effective execution.
