The Role: To support the Divisional Training Department to ensure achievement of regional learning goals by constantly equipping the employees with the skills, knowledge and right attitude through Classroom & On-the-job training to enhance the operational efficiency and performance of individuals and teams. To be successful in this role, you must have the following: Bachelor’s degree in business or literature. 3 years training /supervising experience in FMCG environment. Fluency in writing and speaking English & Arabic. Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge of Training Needs Analysis process. Certification Train the Trainer. Competencies such as; Able to develop/designing training packages. Able to develop a strong degree of respect, loyalty, trustworthiness, to create and maintain a motivated, healthy working environment. Able to demonstrate and understand the ways that employee performance can be improved; showing an understanding of how to apply specific training interventions to bridge existing or anticipated performance gaps; In depth knowledge of all phases of training cycle in a corporate environment. Able to maintain working relationship with, and gaining the cooperation of all other departments and external customers such as local colleges and training institutes. Able to maintain good relationship with external training vendors and suppliers in the most professional and courteous manner. Well-developed communication skills and interpersonal skills. Good communicator, team player, able to lead/ motivate teams. Able to analyse and interpret information. Good problem solving & Decision-making skills.
