About The Role

  • 1、协助HRBP落地全模块人力资源日常工作，包括招聘管理、人才发展、绩效管理、员工关系等；
  • 2、协助对接业务部门，理解业务需求，参与HRBP解决方案的落地执行；
  • 3、协助员工入职、转正、异动等基础人事咨询，确保流程合规、材料完整；
  • 4、参与员工关系管理，协助处理员工咨询与反馈；
  • 5、协助业务部门进行数据追踪，包括KPI进度监控、绩效数据统计与分析；
  • 6、参与业务部门会议并输出纪要，协助制定团队培训计划；
  • 7、完成上级交办的其他HRBP相关工作。
  • 1、本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理、心理学等相关专业优先；
  • 2、了解人力资源管理专业知识，对HRBP角色有基本认知；
  • 3、具备良好的沟通协调能力、逻辑思维能力和组织计划能力；
  • 4、积极主动，学习能力强，有团队协作精神；
  • 5、有学生会、社团任职经历或人力资源相关实习经验者优先；
  • 6、熟练使用Office办公软件，具备基础的数据处理能力。
