岗位职责

员工福利支持

• 协助节日福利全流程管理，包括供应商对接、收货验收、发放签收及费用核算；
• 负责每月员工生日蛋糕福利的统筹；

文化宣传推广活动及公司大型活动，会议支持

• 协助员工活动的筹备，执行等工作。例如：素材收集准备、活动PPT制作，活动会议现场设备调试（音响、灯光）及活动摄影记录；
• 参与工厂大型活动筹备（如年会、企业社会责任等）。例如：场地布置、物资准备、现场执行支持；活动摄影、视频拍摄及后期剪辑；

• 协助访客接待与行政支持，例如访客欢迎物料准备，后勤支持等； 协助完成HR部门文档整理，员工文件整理等相关工作； 完成领导交代的其他工作；
• 任职要求

• 本科及以上；
• 有活动策划、摄影/视频剪辑经验（熟悉PS/PR等工具更佳）；
• 沟通能力强，能较好的跨部门沟通合作；
• 责任心强，注重细节，具备数据隐私保护意识；
• 能实习6个月以上优先；
