About The Role

Job Title Verification & Control Inspector (NDT Processes) Location : Cilegon, Banten Purpose Performs verifications, final inspections, and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) process verification activities to ensure product and process compliance with applicable specifications, standards, and quality requirements. Main Responsibilities Performs verifications and/or final inspections as requested in accordance with defined procedures and standards. Verifies the correct execution and compliance of NDT processes, including: Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT) Ultrasonic Testing (UT) Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL) Ensures methods, equipment setup, calibration status, and operator practices are aligned with applicable standards and procedures. Reports results of verifications, inspections, and NDT process assessments, ensuring accuracy and full traceability. Supports manufacturing areas on technical and quality-related matters, including NDT-related requirements and practices. Evaluates the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions derived from quality events, including those related to inspection and NDT processes. Detects and reports any HSE deviation or risk observed during inspection and verification activities. Acts as a reference in terms of process and product quality, including inspection methodologies and NDT process compliance. Proposes solutions to problems or risks detected and follows up on the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions. Performs product, process, and system audits, including verification of inspection and NDT activities. Ensures that facilities, equipment, and inspection tools (including NDT-related equipment) are protected from damage, misuse, or deterioration. Maintains verification of equipment status, including calibration and identification where applicable. Complies with company policies, procedures, and management standards, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations. Requirements Education Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical, Materials) or related field. Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or NDT-related activities. Hands-on exposure to inspection and verification processes in industrial environments. NDT Competency Requirement (Level II Expectation) Minimum requirement: Level II competency (certified or equivalent experience) in at least two (2) of the following NDT methods: Magnetic Particle Testing ( MT ) Liquid Penetrant Testing ( PT ) Ultrasonic Testing ( UT ) Magnetic Flux Leakage ( MFL ) Visual Testing ( VT )
