BIOS Product Manager

Job Req ID: 27019 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Take care the ARM based development for Supermicro server products • Evaluate BIOS design specifications on both the board level and the system level • Control project schedules from design to production • Define and implement lab validation plans to ensure product quality in functionality and reliability • Work with BIOS vendors and technical subject matter experts (IHV) to enable new feature sets Qualifications: 10+ years of relevant work experience in project management in system/server architecture is desirable. BS or MS in IT, EE, computer science, business management, or a related field. Proven working experience in project management and strong leadership skills Ability to manage project schedule and control project budgets Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be plus Fluent communication in English and Mandarin is essential Ability to work independently and be self-motivated Must be a team player, have a passion for software development and have excellent verbal /written communication skills
