About The Role
- 1、深入贴近部门的业务进展及人力现状，帮助管理者有效管理团队；
- 2、有效推动公司各项人力资源资源项目、政策及流程在部门的推进和执行落地；
- 3、根据业务发展需求，对部门人员招聘与配置计划、人才培养计划、员工激励与保留计划等提出有效建议；
- 4、与部门通力配合，能有效运用各种招聘渠道，完成全年人力规划及招聘实施。
- 1、本科及以上学历，人力资源管理专业为佳；
- 2、从事人力资源工作2年以上，有招聘工作经验为佳；
- 3、了解人力资源六大模块，熟悉劳动法及相关法律、法规；
- 4、具备较好的表达、沟通、组织、协调能力、时间管理能力、亲和力和学习能力；
- 5、具备良好的团队协作精神，严谨敬业，忠诚守信，责任心强，工作积极，具有较强的执行力和计划性。
