• 新员工入职及外包人员到岗的安排和跟进；
• 人员相关数据及文件的整理和维护，保持及时性和准确性；
• 公司各类培训相关数据及文件的整理和维护；
• 培训类活动的准备以及现场支持；
• 协助员工入离职手续的办理；
• 协助员工活动的组织和执行。
• 本科以上学历, 英语能读写；
• 熟练操作Excel，PPT；
• 学习能力强，认真负责；
• 良好的沟通，协调能力；
• 能够长期稳定实习的优先考虑。
• 面向2027届及之后毕业的同学，实习期：6个月及以上
