(Senior) EHS Manager

Lead and maintain Occupation Health and Safety Management System establishing and continuously improving Lead site EHS culture promotion by organizing various EHS activities to improve employee EHS awareness and build preventive EHS culture. Organize site EHS committee meeting and responsible for global EHS meetings preparation regarding Changping Research Center EHS achievements In charge of site EHS compliance management Take firefighting safety management responsibilities at site level including electrical safety management from EHS perspective Lead risk assessment and track the CAPA measures, includes but not limited with chemical management, biosafety management, machine guarding, PPE, confined Space, ergonomic, work at height, IH, slip and trip etc. Direct EHS inspection and detect existed and potential hazards and accordingly provide corrective and preventive measures systematically. Responsible for EHS training to improve all employees’ EHS awareness in accordance with EHS training matrix. Keep relationship management with local government on EHS-related. Any other assignment as is determined by supervisor. Education Required: Bachelor or above degree in safety, environment or engineering. At least 8 years of working experiences in EHS field with 3 years or above in management position, working experience in pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Working experiences on EHS in pharmaceutical R&D is preferred.
