岗位职责：

• 岗位职责：
• 全面负责特种设备的全生命周期合规管理，包括制度建立、使用登记、档案管理及法定检验跟踪，确保设备符合法律法规及安全技术规范要求。 强化运行风险管控与应急处突能力，通过监督日常巡检、维保质量、人员持证上岗及隐患闭环整改，组织培训演练并及时处置事故隐患，保障设备安全运行。
• 作为 JLL 与客户之间的 EHS 联络人之一，定期向 JLL 管理层及客户 EHS 部门汇报设备安全状态；配合政府监管部门的监督检查。
• 日常 EHS 巡检工作：比如承包商施工巡检， AED/ 急救箱巡检，每周 Genba （复核技术员或承包商日常作业时是否 按照 JSA 或施工方案要求执行，是否违反园区 EHS 规定等） ， 不符合项、纠正和预防措施 ： 系统问题跟踪关闭和验证、 Dashboard 更新、系统内人员变更以及提醒和逾期跟踪 。
• 职业健康管理： 职业健康体检安排、职业危害监测相关资料提供、职业病危害因素监测陪同、职业卫生档案管理、职业禁忌症人员调岗协调、职业健康体检告知 、安排接害人员进行年度职业健康培训 、 SOP 修订 等。
• 危险能源和上锁 / 挂牌 ： LOTO 、电气安全授权培训 、 LOTO 锁具管理 、 电气作业风险评估、培训效果验证抽查 ， SOP 修订等 。
• 化学品管理： 年度 修订 化学品准入清单 、化学品仓库日常检查、化学品清扫 。
• 承包商管理： JSA 修订，施工方案审批。
• FM 其他事宜协助或会议参与 完成上级安排的其他 EHS 相关支持性工作 （如： Bowler 看板 制定、安装、月度填写 ， EHS 相关物资采购流程、验收、收货 ） 。

岗位要求：

• 机械、电气、安全工程或相关专业大专及以上学历。
• 必须持有市场监督管理局颁发的《特种设备安全管理人员证》（代号 A ）。
• 3 年以上 EHS 管理经验，其中至少 2 年专注于特种设备安全管理；有外资制造业（医疗、半导体、汽车等）或高端物业设施管理经验者优先。
• 精通特种设备相关法律法规、安全技术规范；熟悉锅炉、压力容器、电梯等设备的运行原理及风险管控要点。
• 熟练掌握 Office 办公软件，具备优秀的数据处理和报告撰写能力。
• 具备强烈的责任心和安全红线意识；优秀的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神及抗压能力；适应快节奏的工作环境。
