About The Role
- 1、跨部门团队审查安全计划、工作许可证和安全相关申请，确保符合相关安全要求。
- 2、通过文件审查、现场观察和安全评审识别相关安全风险和改善机会，特别是在不同国家的安全法规方面。
- 3、推动相关部门实施安全改进和预防措施。
- 4、为员工和承包商提供安全培训。
- 5、作为安全顾问向工厂领导层和相关职能部门提供建议和解决方案。
- 6、参与并支持安全事故调查，进行根本原因分析，推动可持续的纠正措施。
- 7、监控外部法规和内部要求的变化，主动管理合规性和运营风险。
- 8、分析安全绩效数据和行业最佳实践，推荐并领导持续改进计划和数字化解决方案
- 1、本科及以上。
- 2、安全工程、安全管理等相关专业优先。
- 3、有较强的组织沟通、英语能力。
