Warehouse Tech

Member of the Sourcing Department at Cumberland Mine whose responsibilities include receiving and issuing material and assisting the Warehouse Supervisor in operating and maintaining a safe and clean work area. This position assists mine management in fulfilling all of their daily needs.  Also includes handling emergency purchases during other than normal business hours.

Work Schedule

• Work schedule is afternoon shift - 4pm - 12am. Successful candidate must be able to fill in for illness and vacations when necessary. 
• Job Specific and/or Technical Skills Required

• Computer Skills
• Knowledge of Material Management Systems
• Ability to operate a forklift

Major Responsibilities

• Warehouse Functions
• Reviewing Open Warehouse Requisitions
• Resolve packing slips and quantity discrepancies.
• Cycle Counting
• Handling emergency purchases for mine operations.
