<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Help our construction crews get the right materials for the job. In this role, you’ll receive, identify, organize, and prepare construction materials, tools, and supplies for field projects.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Accuracy involves more than matching a label or counting boxes. You’ll learn the differences between materials, understand what crews are requesting, and know when to ask questions before an order goes out. Your work helps ensure crews arrive prepared with the supplies they need.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience in construction, a contractor supply yard, building materials, or a similar environment translates well to this position. We’ll train you on our specific materials, equipment, and processes.</span></p>
<h2><span style="font-size: 10pt;">What You’ll Do</span></h2>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Learn to identify construction materials, tools, and supplies and understand how they support field projects.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Review material requests and pull the correct items and quantities, clarifying anything unfamiliar or unclear.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Check incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Organize materials so they can be located, counted, and prepared efficiently.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Pick, pack, and stage materials for outgoing shipments.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Identify and report damaged materials, shortages, and inventory discrepancies.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in inventory counts.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment after training.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Keep storage and work areas clean, organized, and safe.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Work with the Warehouse Manager and other teams to meet project needs and deadlines.</span></p>

<h2><span style="font-size: 10pt;">What You Bring</span></h2>

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">High school diploma or GED.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Attention to detail and a willingness to learn construction materials and terminology.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Dependability, follow-through, and the confidence to ask questions when something doesn’t look right.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and manage changing priorities.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Willingness to learn inventory systems and handheld scanners.</span></p>
</li>

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Construction or building-materials experience is preferred.</strong> Relevant backgrounds may include construction labor, contractor supply, lumber or building-material yards, equipment yards, and warehouse work involving specialized materials. Prior warehouse experience is not required.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Forklift training and certification within 30 days of hire.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;">
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Company-provided OSHA 10 General Industry training.</span></p>
</li>

<h2><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Schedule & Work Environment</span></h2>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">This is a full-time, onsite position in Williamstown, KY. Shifts may include days, evenings, or weekends, with overtime during peak periods.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The role involves prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching in a warehouse with varying temperatures, including refrigerated areas, noise, and moving equipment. Work includes lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally with assistance.</span></p>
