As a
Quality Assurance Consultant
- at Neptune Software, you will
- be a key driver of quality.
You'll
work closely with Engineering teams and team leads to shape our QA strategy, embed a culture of quality throughout the development lifecycle, and ensure that the Neptune DX Platform meets the
high standards
our enterprise customers expect - every release and every time.

Help
define
and
implement
the QA
- strategy

the R&D

- Run daily activities

- QA, especially during release cycles.
- Be hands-on in

- Monitor test results from scheduled automated tests.
- Educate software engineers of several teams on good testing practices.
- Collaborate with and educate other team leads on how they can improve the QA in their teams.
- Help define and build the QA culture of Neptune.

- Monitor GitHub issues that require verification including the proper standard of providing detailed information on how to verify.

Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, or a related role.
- Solid experience with both manual and automated testing approaches.
- Hands-on experience writing and
- maintaining
- test scripts and test plans.
- Familiarity with bug tracking and version control tools, particularly GitHub.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and release management processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and influence engineers and team leads.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for quality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an enterprise software or SaaS environment.
- Knowledge of test automation frameworks (
- e.g.
- Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and how QA integrates into automated build and deployment workflows.
Experience
- establishing
- or scaling QA practices within a growing R&D team.
- Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms or the SAP ecosystem is a plus.
- A collaborative approach with experience mentoring colleagues on quality best practices.
