About The Role

Signode Denmark is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our team in Sonderborg. As a finance manager of Signode Denmark, you will be responsible for overseeing financial activities for our 3 units in Denmark and our nordic Shared Service Center (accounts payable), ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company’s growth and profitability.

Your Key responsibilities

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, plant controller and financial reporting. This also including lead month- and year-end closing.
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, improvements and controls to ensure accuracy, compliance and cost saving.
Prepare and present financial statements (local GAAP and US GAAP), budgets, KPI’s and forecast to senior management.
Ensure SOX compliance and manage audits.
Collaborate with other departments, the local management team and the data analyst to optimize reporting processes and ensure alignment of financial goals and objectives.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Support the Regional Controller in providing local insights.
Financially responsible for implementation of ERP D365.
