Vi sætter dig i førerposition fra starten

Den 1. september 2027 starter dit graduate-forløb i Finance Excellence, når du slutter dig til vores afdeling og et stærkt hold af gode kolleger med forskellige baggrunde inden for økonomi, finans, regnskab og forretningsudvikling. Du bliver fastansat i afdelingen og gennem de næste to år bliver du klædt på til rollen som konsulent gennem praktisk erfaring, sparring med erfarne kolleger og et skræddersyet udviklingsforløb.

Derudover får du din egen career coach, som støtter din faglige og personlige udvikling gennem graduateforløbet og videre i din karriere hos PwC.

Bliv en del af Finance Excellence i Consulting

Finance Excellence samler PwC's kompetencer inden for CFO-rådgivning og CFO-services. Fælles for vores arbejde er, at vi hjælper virksomheder med at udvikle, styrke og drive deres økonomifunktioner.

Som graduate får du mulighed for at arbejde tæt sammen med nogle af markedets dygtigste specialister og rådgive virksomheder om alt fra daglig økonomistyring og controlling til større transformationsprogrammer og implementering af nye styringsmodeller.

” I Finance Excellence er der stor fokus på din faglige og personlige udvikling, hvilket understøttes af en stor variation af arbejdsopgaver, diverse kurser og sociale arrangementer. Overgangen fra studerende til fuldtidsansat gik overraskende nemt pga. det unge miljø i afdelingen ," fortæller Jonas, der er tidligere graduate hos PwC i Hellerup.

Afhængigt af hvilket spor du vælger, vil du enten arbejde som en integreret del af kundens organisation eller som rådgiver på strategiske og transformationstunge projekter.

Vælg dit spor: CFO Service eller CFO Advisory

Når du søger graduateprogrammet, skal du i din ansøgning angive, hvilket af nedenstående områder du ønsker at blive en del af.

CFO Service: Som graduate i CFO Service arbejder du på interim basis ude hos kunder. Du træder ind som en konsulent, når kunden har brug for ekstra kapacitet eller specialiserede kompetencer, og du bliver hurtigt en integreret del af organisationen. Du får praktisk erfaring med blandt andet økonomistyring, controlling, rapportering, procesoptimering og projektarbejde og udvikler dermed en stærk faglig værktøjskasse. Samtidig lærer du at forstå virksomheden indefra, identificere forbedringsmuligheder og omsætte dine analyser til konkrete løsninger, som implementeres i tæt samarbejde med kunden.
CFO Advisory: Som graduate i CFO Advisory bliver du en del af projekthold, der rådgiver virksomheder om, hvordan de udvikler fremtidens økonomifunktion. Du kommer til at hjælpe kunder med blandt andet operating models, styringsmodeller, planlægningsprocesser, performance management og implementering af nye løsninger. Her er fokus på analyse, transformation og strategisk rådgivning.

Take the Lead From Day One

On 1 September 2027, you will begin your graduate journey in Finance Excellence, joining our team of talented colleagues with diverse backgrounds in accounting, finance, economics, and business development.

You will be permanently employed in the department and, over the next two years, be prepared for a consulting career through hands-on experience, sparring with experienced colleagues, and a tailored development programme.

In addition, you will be assigned your own Career Coach, who will support your professional and personal development throughout the graduate programme and beyond as your career progresses at PwC.

Finance Excellence brings together PwC's expertise in CFO Advisory and CFO Services. What unites our work is helping organisations develop, strengthen, and operate their finance functions.

As a graduate, you will have the opportunity to work closely with some of the market's leading specialists and advise clients on everything from day-to-day financial management and controlling to large-scale transformation programmes and the implementation of new performance management frameworks.

" In Finance Excellence, there is a strong focus on both professional and personal development, supported by a wide variety of assignments, training courses, and social events. The transition from student to full-time employee was surprisingly smooth thanks to the young and welcoming environment in the department," says Jonas, a former graduate at PwC in Hellerup.

Depending on the track you choose, you will either work as an integrated part of a client's organisation or as an advisor on strategic and transformation-focused projects.

Choose Your Track: CFO Service or CFO Advisory

When applying for the graduate programme, please indicate in your application which of the following areas you would like to join.

CFO Service: As a graduate in CFO Service, you will work on an interim basis at client organisations. You will step in as a consultant when clients need additional capacity or specialised expertise and quickly become an integrated part of their organisation. You will gain hands-on experience within financial management, controlling, reporting, process optimisation, and project management, building a strong professional toolbox in the process. At the same time, you will learn to understand businesses from the inside, identify improvement opportunities, and turn your analyses into tangible solutions that are implemented in close collaboration with the client.
CFO Advisory: As a graduate in CFO Advisory, you will join project teams that advise organisations on how to build and develop the finance function of the future. You will support clients with areas such as operating models, governance frameworks, planning processes, performance management, and the implementation of new solutions. The focus is on analysis, transformation, and strategic advisory services.
