Technical Trainer Specialist

A normal day at work

• Assure local team are aligned with target assigned by Wet product care manager
• Execute training calendar
• Ensure to qualify properly technician in the field and feedback on their readiness
• Technical content of service documentation and manuals
• Support to new project to define appropriate training material and program and update when change implemented
• Lead the product serviceability assessment together with customer care and development team, provide input and follow up actions
• Field testing planning, follow up and close report
• Create Technical bulletin

Qualities needed to be successful

• Project/Program management
• Mechanical Engineering (or other)
• Good computer skill
• Analytical thinking
• Structured in organization and planning
• Communicative skills
• Very proficient in English skills
• Flexible and able to frequent travel inside and outside Europe
