About The Role

We’re looking for a Training Coordinator for a company in Gothenburg. Start is September 16th, 3 months limited contract. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.

Assignment description

The Training Team requires temporary support during a period of exceptionally high workload between September and December 2026. During this period, the team will be delivering several strategic training initiatives, including a large-scale international training event, certification program deployment, preparation of training content for future product launches, and support for compliance training development. Additional resources are required to ensure timely delivery, maintain quality standards, and support ongoing business priorities without disrupting core operational activities.

Purpose of the Assignment

The purpose of this assignment is to provide additional Learning & Development support to enable the successful delivery of key training initiatives during Q4 2026. The assignment aims to:

Ensure the timely delivery of compliance training content.

Support the planning, execution, and follow-up of a large-scale international training event.

Enable the successful rollout of a certification program.

Support the development and production of training materials for an upcoming product launch.

Provide administrative and operational support to effectively manage workload peaks and ensure the continuity of core business activities.

Resource Requirements

The resource should

Have experience in training administration and learning content development.
Demonstrate experience working in a global, cross-functional environment.
Possess strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Be proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Be capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.
Be available for the assignment period from 16 September 2026 to 18 December 2026.

Location

The resource needs to be located in Gothenburg for occasional in-person meetings with team members and stakeholders, as well as available for travel if needed for training event during the assignment period.

Work Process

The resource will work as an integrated member of the Training Team, collaborating closely with designated stakeholders. Assignment priorities may be adjusted throughout the engagement period to align with evolving business requirements. Weekly status reporting and milestone tracking will be required to ensure progress and successful delivery.

This role requires fluency in English.

This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg through Incluso. Start is September 16th, 3 months limited contract. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.
