Science Instructors part time wanted for After School Clubs in various schools as well as school holiday camps and weekend birthday parties

We are searching for only the most fun , committed, reliable and dedicated to STEM, science instructors for our team.

We are putting together an elite team of exceptional, hardworking, enthusiastic people to bring hands on science to primary school children ( 4-12 years). You do not need a science degree ! Full training provided.

French and English are mandatory. Luxembourgish and German will be an advantage.

As Junior Einsteins Science Club ™ science instructor, You travel to venues and events to deliver science education based events to children.

Must be willing to travel within the specific territory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver science based educational sessions in after-school science clubs in the afternoons approx times 2pm – 3/5pm Monday – Friday inclusive
• Taking care of provided equipment that you are given
• Responsible for health and safety of children during the events
• Weekend Birthday Parties Saturday and Sunday between 11am – 6pm
• School holiday camps during mid-term breaks and summer holidays 9am – 1pm daily.
• Excellent rate per hour.
• You will report to our Activity Coordinator or franchise owner operator
• A recent copy of criminal record is required
• Driving licence is required
• Access to car is required
• French and English required
• We deliver workshops in schools or at rented venues. We will require commitment on the shifts agreed.

• Being responsible and following safety standards when working with children
• Commitment to our schools and children.
• Having fun and being able to engage the children when presenting science facts.
• Presenting the company in a professional manner towards parents, schools, companies when providing STEM events
• Developing a professional and respectful relationship with our senior team.
• Capable and competent to adhere to Junior Einsteins policies, procedures and instructor's manual
• Providing accurate science facts in a child friendly manner. Full training provided. no science qualification needed.
• Having a strong work ethic and a highly organised and efficient manner
