Accountant AP

In this role, you will maintain accurate supplier invoices and timely payments, support supplier master controls and direct material sales accounting, and deliver reliable accounts payable closing and audit documentation. • Review supplier invoices, prepare weekly payment schedules, and arrange payments based on approvals.
• Resolve invoice and payment issues with Supply Chain and suppliers. Reconcile key supplier accounts monthly.
• Monitor new supplier setup and master data changes for policy compliance and supporting approval records.
