About The Role
Join Spendesk, the AI-powered spend management and procurement platform. As the Head of AI & System, you will design and ship the AI layer that powers Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Care execution. You will also own the systems foundation, including Salesforce and the surrounding stack. You will report directly to the SVP Operations and work as a peer to the Head of GTM Operations.
- Construire et expédier des applications d'IA qui alimentent l'exécution GTM : agents, pipelines d'enrichissement, intelligence de conversation, reporting automatisé et décisionnel.
- Rendre l'équipe GTM Ops Partner autonome sur la majorité des cas d'utilisation de l'IA : modèles, garde-fous, composants réutilisables, et la formation qui les accompagne.
- Posséder l'architecture des systèmes GTM, y compris Salesforce et la pile environnante, de bout en bout : modèle de données, intégrations, et la couche d'outils.
