Project Audit

Review project budgets, cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and approved project plans. Verify project expenditure against approved budgets and identify cost overruns. Audit contractor bills, RA bills (Running Account bills), work orders, purchase orders, and vendor invoices. Verify material consumption, wastage, inventory, and reconciliation of construction materials. Review variations, extra items, change orders, and additional work approvals. Analyze project cost-to-complete and estimated cost at completion.
