Digitide Solutions Limited is seeking a proactive Executive for its CLM Domestic BFSI – Manpower Back Office department. The role involves overseeing contract lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance with banking and financial regulations, and supporting the delivery of seamless back‑office services to our domestic BFSI clients. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize workflows, maintain data integrity, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Manage end‑to‑end contract lifecycle activities, including drafting, review, approval, and archiving.
• Ensure compliance with BFSI regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Coordinate with front‑office and operations teams to resolve contract‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate contract records in the CLM system and generate periodic reports.
• Monitor key performance indicators and suggest process enhancements.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and updating contractual terms as needed.
• Provide timely support for audit and compliance inquiries.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with contract management.
• Participate in training sessions and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in contract lifecycle management within BFSI sector.
• Strong understanding of domestic banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with CLM software and MS Office suite.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of back‑office operations and process optimization.
• Fluency in English; additional local language proficiency is a plus.
