Your role: Drive the development of a skill and competency framework across the organization Identify skill gaps together with managers and translate them into development activities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles Ensuring job descriptions are clear, consistent and up to date Being the first point of contact for employees on HR related topics Taking an active role in shaping and contributing to HR projects and initiatives Your profile: University degree or similar educational level in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in recruitment, learning & development, or skills and competency management Ability to understand technical roles and translate business needs into skills and competency requirements Proactive and open-minded personality with a structured, analytical and hands-on approach Strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills Fluent in English; German and/or French is a plusTeilzeit waere auch möglich
