Packaging machine main operator

Work Location Kleesoft Company Limited- kajiado About the Role We are looking for a Packaging Machine Operator to operate and monitor packaging machines, ensuring efficient and safe production of quality washing powder products. The role involves setting up, running and maintaining the machine, while following company standards and safety procedures. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor packaging machines to ensure smooth production. Set up machines and adjust settings as required. Ensure products are packed according to quality and quantity standards. Monitor machine performance and report any faults or breakdowns. Carry out basic cleaning and maintenance of the machine.Follow safety and hygiene procedures at all times. Work closely with the production team to meet daily targets. Requirements 1–2 years’ experience as a packaging machine operator or in a similar role. Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial or Production Technology is required. Ability to operate and maintain packaging equipment. Good attention to detail and commitment to quality. Willingness to work in shifts. Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment. Successful candidates may be required to provide a valid Medical Fitness Certificate and a valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
