Job Title: Security Officer - Kleesoft Company Ltd Employment Type: Full-time Education Level: Junior College or above Location: Kajiado Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Officer to oversee day-to-day security operations at our washing powder manufacturing facility in Kenya. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety of personnel, property, and assets while maintaining strict access control and emergency readiness. Key Responsibilities Patrol & Surveillance: Conduct routine daily patrols across factory grounds, inspect designated posts, and ensure all facility areas remain secure. Access Control Management: Manage main entry gates by strictly logging, inspecting, and monitoring all incoming and outgoing personnel, visitors, and vehicles. Duty Reporting: Perform regular time-stamped check-ins and status reporting from assigned duty stations to security management. Emergency Response: Promptly respond to and manage security incidents, breaches, fires, or emergencies in accordance with company protocols. Qualifications & Requirements Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in corporate, factory, or site security operations. Military veterans are strongly preferred. Education: Junior College or equivalent qualification. Mandatory Documentation: Must be able to provide a valid Police Clearance Certificate (Certificate of Good Conduct / No Criminal Record) and a valid Health Certificate. Skills & Characteristics: High integrity, strong sense of responsibility, good situational awareness, and effective emergency handling skills.
