Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Civil) – Power Plant Construction & Site Execution for end-client engagements involving the planning, construction, execution, and delivery of power plant projects. The ideal candidate will bring more than 10 years of experience in Civil Engineering project management , with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in power plant construction projects . The candidate should possess strong expertise in civil construction, site execution, project planning, contractor management, and end-to-end project delivery across the full project lifecycle. Experience in large-scale thermal, renewable, combined-cycle, industrial, or infrastructure projects will be an added advantage. Responsibilities: Lead and manage civil construction activities for power plant projects from inception to completion. Oversee site execution, ensuring compliance with project schedules, quality standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for effective project execution. Monitor civil works including foundations, structural works, buildings, roads, drainage systems, and associated infrastructure. Develop and track project schedules, budgets, resource utilization, and progress reports. Ensure timely completion of construction milestones while maintaining quality and safety standards. Identify project risks, construction challenges, and implement mitigation measures. Manage contractor performance, work fronts, construction sequencing, and site productivity. Support commissioning activities by ensuring readiness of civil infrastructure. Lead project documentation, handover, and closure activities.
