Position & Designation - Mechanical draftsman Division & Department TBWE S - Mechanical Engineering (Supercritical Boilers) Place of Posting - Trichy / Pune Qualifications - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Desired type of Experience 1. Minimum 5 years’ direct experience in detail design of Boiler pressure parts and Non pressure parts. 2. Well-versed in 2D drafting practices using CAD software, with 3D drafting knowledge as an added advantage. 3. Experience in supercritical boiler added advantage. d) Roles & Responsibilities ·Develop detailed fabrication drawings from GA/arrangement drawings ·Responsible for releasing drawing through PLM system. ·Proficient in applying standard dimensioning practices for detail engineering drawings. ·Layer management in CAD tools. ·Create and upload Bill of Material in ERP system. ·Responsible for on-time drawing release in line with project schedules, ensuring high accuracy and quality of drawings. ·Assist in improving drawing quality through standardization and best drafting practices. ·Responsible for maintaining drawing issuance and revision control. ·Generate Erection arrangement drawings for all the Pressure parts /Non pressure parts components ·Create accurate as-built drawings by incorporating approved site and shop changes.
