Cluster Reservations and Revenue Optimization Manager

The Cluster Reservations and Revenue Optimization Manager leads reservations operations across the three hotels and works alongside the RMCC Revenue Management team to implement agreed pricing, inventory and distribution strategies. The Manager brings on-property demand and booking insights to RMCC, ensures decisions are executed accurately and promptly, and follows up on their results. The role supports forecasting, budgeting, and commercial performance reviews; identifies revenue opportunities across rooms, food and beverage, meetings and events, and other areas; and works with relevant teams to turn demand into profitable bookings. It is accountable for reservations conversion, distribution effectiveness, upselling performance, and consistent execution of the cluster’s total revenue strategy while protecting each hotel’s positioning and guest experience.
