Customer Care Officer - Netherlands

As a Customer Care Officer, you will provide support to merchants and consumers in the Netherlands, manage operations and processes, and contribute to continuous improvement. This role is based in Lille with two days of remote work per week.

• Handle complex requests from merchants and consumers via email and phone, providing clear and helpful responses.
• Manage debt collection actions and follow up on payment delays, ensuring smooth onboarding of new merchants.
• Identify recurring issues and share insights to improve processes and tools, contributing to quality reviews and operational improvements.
