Travel Regular regional travel; expected to spend meaningful time with site and value-stream teams Level Corporate Director / senior transformation leader Position summary The Director, Lean Transformation — CHINA is accountable for accelerating operational performance and building durable Lean capability across the region. The role connects enterprise priorities to site-level execution through value-stream mapping, daily management, problem solving, Kaizen, standard work, visual management and structured improvement portfolios. This leader will work across a complex, multi-site environment and influence without relying solely on direct authority.
