Your role:

• Develop and implement an institutional communication strategy aligned with the Competence Centre's strategic development priorities
• Coordinate institutional and promotional communication activities across all communication channels and networks
• Create graphic materials using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator (flyers, banners, icons, etc.) for various communication channels while ensuring compliance with the corporate visual identity guidelines
• Manage and continuously update the Centre's web presence and social media channels
• Maintain and develop public relations and media relations activities
• Participate in internal and external events to promote the Competence Centre and its activities
• Produce high-quality written content and adapt messaging for institutional and promotional communication purposes
• Contribute to internal communication initiatives and projects
• Collaborate and coordinate with the communication teams at the Faculty and central levels
• Keep communication materials up to date

Your profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience
• Strong command of communication and marketing tools and techniques, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office Suite, and WordPress
• Solid knowledge of social media platforms and experience using related analytics and performance tracking tools
• Excellent command of French and English is required
