Raw Material Specialist

Job Description: Raw Material Specialist Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Raw Material Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for the verification, statistics, and tracking of raw materials to ensure smooth production and supply chain operations. This is an entry-level position open to promising graduates with a strong sense of responsibility. Key Responsibilities Verification & Quality Control : Verify incoming raw materials against purchase orders, delivery notes, and quality specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance. Data Statistics & Reporting : Maintain precise records of raw material inventory, compile statistical reports on usage, and analyze material loss or discrepancies. Tracking & Coordination : Monitor raw material shipments, track delivery schedules, and coordinate closely with suppliers and internal production/logistics teams to prevent supply bottlenecks. Inventory Management : Conduct regular stocktakes, optimize storage records, and report low-stock alerts to the purchasing department. Job Requirements Education : Bachelor’s degree or above (majors in Supply Chain, Logistics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related fields are preferred). Experience : No previous experience required (Open to fresh graduates; relevant internship experience in warehousing or supply chain is a plus). Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data analysis); familiarity with ERP or WMS systems is highly advantageous.
