About The Role

Drink More Water, together we grow.
Here at waterdrop®, we make drinking more water fun, convenient and most importantly, sustainable! Discover the world of innovative and eco-friendly hydration solutions with our fruity little cubes – Microdrinks – that save up to 98% plastic compared to drinks in 500ml plastic bottles. * Our centrally-located headquarters offers a vibrant environment, featuring an on-site restaurant and gym, not to mention the opportunity to connect with prospective colleagues from all over the world. With a successful online presence, 40+ stores around the world, dedicated B2B partners and over 22,000+ retail and branded stores, we can’t wait to take this journey to the next level – with you!
As our B2B Fulfillment Manager, you turn customer demand into reliable operational execution. You ensure B2B orders are fulfilled on time and in full by connecting customer requirements, inventory availability, incoming supply and warehouse execution.
This is a hands-on operational role with real ownership. You will manage B2B fulfillment end-to-end, work closely with our 3PL warehouse partner and internal stakeholders, and actively contribute to strengthening our fulfillment processes and ways of working as we continue to grow and scale.
Your responsibilities at waterdrop®:
-
Own B2B order fulfillment end-to-end: Manage customer orders from receipt through successful warehouse execution, balancing customer requirements, available stock, incoming supply and operational capacity.
-
Drive OTIF and service performance: Monitor B2B OTIF and proactively identify risks to customer service. Root-cause service failures, define corrective actions and drive structured follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
-
Manage stock availability and shortages: Maintain visibility of open orders, available stock and incoming supply. Identify current and potential out-of-stock situations early and coordinate priorities, allocations and recovery actions.
-
Connect fulfillment with planning: Understand the demand forecast and actual customer ordering behaviour. Provide structured feedback to Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Commercial teams on deviations, emerging risks and recurring availability issues.
-
Coordinate our 3PL warehouse partner: Act as the main operational interface for B2B fulfillment. Align on order priorities, capacity, operational constraints and service-level issues and ensure topics are followed through to resolution.
-
Ensure assembly and operational readiness: Coordinate customer-specific assemblies, promotions and other operational requirements. Ensure required stock, packaging materials, CHEP pallets, warehouse capacity and system setup are available in time.
-
Manage stakeholders across the business: Act as the operational link between B2B Sales, Customer Success, Demand Planning, Supply Planning and our logistics partners. Communicate risks clearly, align priorities and escalate topics early when required.
-
Track KPIs and improve performance: Analyse OTIF, order execution, out-of-stocks, inventory risks and warehouse performance. Identify recurring root causes and turn operational findings into concrete improvement actions.
-
Design and improve processes: Continuously improve B2B order, allocation, inventory and fulfillment processes. Develop and refine SOPs, eliminate recurring manual workarounds and help build scalable ways of working for a growing international business.
-
Support projects and seasonal execution: Coordinate B2B launches, promotions, customer-specific requirements and operational changes, ensuring stock, timelines, capacity and system setup are aligned.
Your strengths and qualifications:
-
2–4 years of experience in B2B order management, customer fulfillment, customer supply chain or a comparable operational supply chain role.
