Periodontics UAE

We are seeking a skilled Specialist Periodontist to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of gum diseases and conditions affecting the supporting structures of the teeth.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage periodontal and gum-related conditions.
• Perform comprehensive periodontal examinations and treatment planning.
• Provide non-surgical and surgical periodontal treatments.
• Perform procedures such as scaling, root planing, periodontal surgery, and soft-tissue procedures.
• Manage patients with advanced periodontal disease and complex cases.
• Perform dental implant-related periodontal procedures where appropriate.
• Monitor treatment outcomes and provide long-term periodontal maintenance.
• Collaborate with general dentists, prosthodontists, orthodontists, and other specialists.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• BDS/DDS or equivalent dental degree.
• MDS/MS or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Periodontics / Periodontology.
• Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and surgical periodontal skills.
• Experience with periodontal surgery and implant-related procedures is an advantage.
• Excellent patient communication and treatment-planning skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary dental team.
