Pediatric Surgeon UAE

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Surgeon to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the surgical management of congenital, developmental, and acquired conditions in newborns, infants, children, and adolescents.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and surgically manage a wide range of pediatric surgical conditions.
• Perform elective and emergency surgical procedures in pediatric patients.
• Manage congenital abnormalities, gastrointestinal conditions, and pediatric surgical emergencies.
• Conduct preoperative assessments and develop individualized surgical plans.
• Provide comprehensive postoperative care and monitor recovery.
• Manage neonatal and pediatric surgical emergencies when required.
• Perform minimally invasive procedures where appropriate.
• Collaborate with pediatricians, neonatologists, anesthesiologists, radiologists, and other specialists.
• Counsel parents and families regarding treatment options, procedures, risks, and recovery.
• Maintain accurate clinical and surgical documentation.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• MS/MCh/DNB or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Pediatric Surgery.
• Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferred.
• Strong experience in pediatric and neonatal surgical procedures.
• Excellent surgical skills and clinical decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary pediatric care team.
