Medical Oncologist

We are seeking a skilled Specialist Medical Oncologist to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in diagnosing and managing cancer patients through comprehensive, evidence-based medical oncology care.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage patients with a wide range of malignant conditions.
• Develop individualized cancer treatment plans based on clinical assessment and investigations.
• Administer and monitor systemic cancer therapies, including chemotherapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy.
• Monitor treatment response and manage therapy-related complications and side effects.
• Provide supportive and palliative care as appropriate.
• Review and interpret relevant laboratory, imaging, and pathology reports.
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and collaborate with surgeons, radiation oncologists, pathologists, and other specialists.
• Counsel patients and families regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• MD/DNB/DM or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Medical Oncology.
• Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferred.
• Strong clinical experience in managing solid tumors and hematological malignancies.
• Good knowledge of modern systemic cancer therapies.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and patient-management skills.
