Duty Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts and ensure all departments maintain high service standards.

Act as the Manager on Duty and ensure a seamless guest experience throughout the hotel.

Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, Security, and other departments to address operational requirements.

Monitor hotel presentation, cleanliness, service quality, and compliance with established standards.

Support VIP arrivals, special occasions, and other guest requirements.

Conduct regular operational checks and address any issues promptly.

Lead, guide, and support colleagues during the shift to ensure efficient service delivery.

Manage operational incidents and escalate significant matters to senior management when required.
-
Ensure proper shift handovers, communication, and completion of daily reports.
