Operational Resilience & Business Continuity Consultant

We are looking for a Operational Resilience & Business Continuity Consultant to join a dynamic team focused on ensuring the continuity of critical business services and strengthening organizational resilience. If you have experience in risk management, business continuity, crisis management, and operational resilience frameworks, this opportunity could be for you.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) activities to assess the impact of potential disruptions on critical business functions;
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) to support operational resilience objectives;
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Operational Resilience and Crisis Management frameworks;
• Design and deliver training sessions on business continuity, crisis management, and organizational resilience topics;
• Develop awareness initiatives to improve preparedness and response capabilities across business areas;
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to business continuity, crisis management, recovery solutions, and resilience processes;
• Create and maintain crisis management documentation, contact directories, and knowledge repositories;
• Analyze BIA results, identify risks, and define remediation and action plans;
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment with resilience and continuity requirements;
• Support the testing, validation, and regular review of business continuity and recovery plans;
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management and key stakeholders;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, documentation, and training materials.
• Experience in Risk Management, Business Continuity Planning, Operational Resilience, or Crisis Management;
• Knowledge of Business Impact Analysis (BIA) methodologies and business continuity frameworks;
• Experience developing, maintaining, and testing Business Continuity Plans (BCPs);
• Understanding of crisis management processes, recovery planning, and resilience strategies;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and propose effective mitigation actions;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and international environments;
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills;
• Adaptability and ability to respond effectively to changing priorities and unforeseen situations;
• Continuous improvement mindset focused on enhancing processes, documentation, and training practices;
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in risk management, business continuity, operational resilience, or related areas;
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience working in multilingual environments, particularly English, Spanish, and Portuguese, is considered an advantage.
