Director, Supply Line Engineering

Short Description: The sub-team manager who are responsible to several material category quality management (Mechanical and Electronic), normally with subordinates of 10-15 engineers. The role is responsible to the sub-team performance and should have high level relationship with supplier executive to drive them for continuous quality improvement. The role is also expected to smooth the corporation with other internal functions to achieve common goal. We expect the candidate to be the material expert in the industry, have rich experience on the quality, and thoughtful plan to manage external supplier, and influence on the category strategy. We are looking for strong tactical decision-maker, good intuition with supplier quality risk and high effective team management.
