Founding Deployment Strategist

About the Role

A founding level deployment leadership role focused on piloting and scaling AI-powered workflows across large enterprises from a European base. You will partner with senior leadership to drive adoption and transformation in complex organizations, building a team as the company scales.

What You'll Do

• Lead a European rollout from a major hub and partner with the executive team to define strategy.
• -
• Identify high value AI opportunities and prioritize use cases for each customer.
• -
• Build initial agents and workflows to prove value and then scale adoption organization wide.
• -
• Run optimization events and coach executives on rollout strategies and AI transformation.
• -
• Navigate internal politics to secure champions and remove blockers across stakeholder groups.
• -
• Represent customer needs to product and engineering and advocate for required features.
• -
• Hire and mentor the European deployment team as the organization grows.
• -
• Automate repetitive tasks to demonstrate the impact of AI agents in your own role and beyond.
• -
• Own outcomes end to end and tackle tasks beyond the job description as needed.

What We're Looking For

• -
• Hands on experience shipping AI agents, workflows, or production ML/AI features in enterprise settings.
• -
• Strong background in model selection, routing, evaluation design, data residency, and integration architecture.
• -
• Proven ability to drive adoption and manage renewals or expansion in large, complex enterprises.
• -
• Excellent stakeholder management across executive and operational levels in enterprise customers.
• -
• High ownership mentality, proactivity, and ability to prioritize rapidly.
• -
• Commercial awareness with experience influencing revenue outcomes such as renewals or expansion.
• -
• Native level German, based in Munich or willing to relocate.
