Senior Founding GTM Engineer

About the Role

You will join as a founding member to help build the initial go to market engine. This role sits with the founding team and offers a path to leadership as the company scales, shaping how we reach veterinary practices and drive growth from day one.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and close veterinary practices across multiple channels from initial contact to deal closure.

• Design and iterate outreach strategies using email, LinkedIn, phone, and events.
• -
• Build durable customer relationships focused on retention, upsells, and referrals.
• -
• Own and maintain the CRM with clean pipelines and clear reporting from day one.
• -
• Run structured tests to identify the most effective channels, segments, and messaging.
• -
• Feed market feedback back to product and the founding team to influence roadmap.
• -
• Contribute to hiring and onboarding of the next sales hires as the team grows.

What We're Looking For

• -
• 2-5 years in sales, business development, or GTM roles with pipeline generation and closing responsibility.
• -
• Experience with multi-channel outreach, sales messaging tests, and CRM management.
• -
• Strong track record of managing customer relationships post sale and identifying upsell opportunities.
• -
• Ability to document and scale sales processes and playbooks in early stage environments.
• -
• Experience recruiting, training, and onboarding sales team members.
• -
• Willingness to work on-site in Berlin or with a strong preference for in-person collaboration.
• -
• Entrepreneurial ownership mindset and comfort operating without established processes.
• -
• Industry background in healthtech, veterinary, or regulated professional services is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: 60,000 to 70,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Primary location: Berlin, Berlin, Germany. Work arrangement: on-site.
