Role overview

We are looking for experienced Workflow Automation Developers to join our team and work on enterprise-scale business process automation projects in the banking sector.

You will design, develop, and deliver workflow solutions using IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) or similar BPM platforms, collaborating closely with business analysts and integration engineers to automate mission-critical banking processes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for

Designing and implementing business processes and workflows on enterprise BPM platforms.
Developing BPMN process models, user-facing forms, and system integrations.
Integrating workflow applications with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
Troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining production workflow applications.
Collaborating with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.

To excel in this role, you'll need

Hands-on experience with IBM Business Automation platforms such as IBM BAW, IBM BPM or another business process automation / workflow platform such as WebSphere Lombardi, Camunda, Pega, Appian, Bizagi, Activiti / Flowable, or similar.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Solid knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and business process modeling principles.
Experience with Java, JavaScript and databases.
Experience integrating workflow applications with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
Understanding of software development lifecycle, Git, and CI/CD workflows.
Strong communication skills in English.
