Technical Sales Specialist (Italian)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading global company in the digital advertising and social media industry that is seeking to onboard a Italian-Speaking Technical Sales Specialist to join their team in Athens. Position: Technical Sales Specialist Location: Athens, Greece Work model: On-site Employment type: Full-time DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify customer pain points and map them to suitable products, features, configurations and digital advertising solutions Support advertisers throughout the solution lifecycle, including activation, implementation, optimisation and ongoing improvements Recommend solutions based on functionality, scalability, performance impact and return on advertising spend Identify potential risks, mitigation actions and optimisation opportunities to improve advertiser success Drive revenue growth through solution adoption, optimisation and expansion Help advertisers unlock additional value through advanced features, automation and additional capabilities Support hands-on campaign activation, configuration changes and troubleshooting Use CRM systems, performance dashboards, reporting tools and campaign optimisation platforms to track activity and results REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 12 months of proven technical sales experience , preferably within digital advertising, technology, SaaS, B2B sales, account management or a similar commercial environment Native or near-native level of Italian Fluent English Strong technical consultative selling skills Good understanding of digital advertising platforms, performance metrics, targeting and campaign optimisation Experience supporting solution implementation, activation, configuration changes or troubleshooting Strong commercial mindset with a focus on customer results and revenue growth Ability to identify upselling, optimisation and solution expansion opportunities Comfortable using CRM systems, performance dashboards, reporting tools and campaign management platforms BENEFITS: Competitive remuneration package with 14 salaries per year Monthly performance bonus Daily meal voucher Private health insurance and dental care Employee events Free gym and wellbeing activities Rooftop cinema with Acropolis views On-site restaurant for lunch breaks And many others!
