Customer Advisor (Polish)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading customer experience company that is seeking to onboard a Customer Advisor to join their team. Position: Customer Advisor Location: Athens, Greece Model: Hybrid Employment type: Full time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle incoming customer calls and emails Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the appropriate methods and tools Identify opportunities to generate revenue through cross-selling and upselling during customer interactions Meet individual and customer service team targets, including case-handling quotas Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process customer accounts and documentation Follow established communication procedures, guidelines and policies REQUIREMENTS: Native or near-native level of Polish Fluent in English Previous sales experience with the ability to generate revenue through cross-selling and upselling Strong telephone customer service and active-listening skills Customer-oriented approach and ability to adapt communication to different customer profiles Excellent communication skills Good MS Office skills BENEFITS: Indefinite contract 14 salaries per year Hybrid model Daily meal voucher Private health insurance, including dental and optical care Challenging working environment Employee events Free gym and wellbeing activities Rooftop cinema with Acropolis views And many more!
