Warehouse Specialist

Job Responsibilities Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all received and dispatched goods match delivery notes and inventory records. Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas to optimize space utilization, cleanliness and safety standards. Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts to identify and resolve discrepancies in the inventory management system. Collaborate with the logistics and procurement teams to coordinate the timely preparation and dispatch of customer orders. Job Requirements Diploma or degree in supply chain management. Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping or receiving. Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and barcode scanning equipment.
