Home Support Worker / Care Assistant

Amazing Homecare Support Agency Limited is looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Home Support Workers to join our team. We provide homecare and support to people in their own homes, helping clients remain independent, comfortable and safe while maintaining their dignity and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and companionship in the client's home.
• Support with personal care, dressing, washing and daily routines where required.
• Assist with meals, mobility and light household duties.
• Support clients with shopping, appointments and community activities where required.
• Follow individual care plans and report any concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Respect each client's privacy, dignity, choices and independence.

Key Requirements

• Previous homecare or care experience is desirable.
• Caring, patient, trustworthy and reliable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, respectful homecare.
• Right to work in Ireland.
• Garda vetting and relevant employment checks will be required.
• Relevant care qualification is desirable.
• Full driving licence and access to a car may be required depending on the client assignment.
